Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                   
following be taken up as a Special Order of Business:                                               
                                                                                                    
     HOUSE RESOLUTION NO. 9                                                                         
     Relating to the plans of the United States Postal Service to                                   
     discontinue air shipment of bypass mail between Fairbanks,                                     
     Alaska, and Barrow, Alaska.                                                                    
                                                                                                    
There being no objection, it was so ordered.
